Save the Kitties

While writing Stars & Stripes, I went to visit Texas. Twice. The second time I hauled my ass out to the International Exotic Animal Sanctuary in Boyd, Texas because I didn’t realize that one of the best sanctuaries in the country was literally an hour from my house. Anyway. When I got to Texas, I found a real life Barnum the Bengal tiger there. I was shocked since I thought I had made him up.

I decided right then and there that 10% of my first quarter royalties from Stars & Stripes will be going to adopting Barnum the Bengal tiger for as many months as I am able.

Every copy bought will go to helping that goal. And I’m not going to lie, every copy bought from Riptide will help more.
