This book is based on Katie Piper life, in which she was subjected to rape and an acid attack 10/10
This woman is an absolute inspiration to us all. Her outstanding courage and bravery she be admired by all of us. Katie was an aspiring model and was building an career from this, she met a guy on the internet called Danny Lynch. At first she liked him and enjoyed his company but over time he became more and more controlling and possesive.
He took Katie to a hotel room where he raped her. She was too petrified to go to the police. If that wasn’t bad enough, he paid someone to throw concentrated acid over her. This has lead to many operations and has changed her life forever.
She is an inspiration, not only has she managed to rebuild her life and recover from the acid attack, she has started up a charity called Foundation to help others who have bad burns, everyone should check this out.

This is the final book in the Trylle trilogy and in my opinion the best out of all of them 9/10
There is only one word that I can use to describe this book, is cute. It’s so adorable and aww you have to read it.
The Trylle lead by Wendy, initiate war against the Vittra and this obviously leads to many consequences and death.
However, it is overcome and the ending is unbelievably adorable, if you are going to read this book, get the extended version.

If you are a science buff, then you have to read this book. Dr Dettore offers the family a new hope of having a child free of this rogue gene, you may know it as designer babies. When they get on board his ship, they realise not all is as it seems. There are pages and pages of genes they can choose from, from sex through to intelligence.
Things start to seem to be going wrong but it is to late as Naomi is already pregnant. A religious group is against all designer babies and are trying to kill everyone who has been to Dr Dettore. Along with this, when the babies are born, they are hostile, unloving and have behavioural issues.
The ending is a bit of a disappointment but a must read for sure.
