Sign up to find more cool stuff to followSuperhealthy, superdelicious snack
You will need:
WASA crispbread (I use Original)
Half an avocado
Sliced red onion
Herbs/spices to top it off
What you will do:
You will take half of an avocado (enough for 2 crispbreads) and either slice it or remove with a spoon and mash it on top of the crispbread (I used the spoon option because I am a useless cook and this was much easier than washing a knife). You will then arrange the sliced red onion into whatever shape you would like (my face is always a party favourite) and top it off with whatever herbs and/or spices you would like. Personally, I used the stuff that goes into salads (a mixture of dried herbs, sea salt). You will bite into it and realize how awesomely delicious this snack is and love me forever.
You’re welcome.
The Amazing Avocado

During Clean I discovered many new foods that I now really like. My favorite of them all, the avocado! Sure I had eaten it before but I had no idea that there are so many possibilities and that it’s even really good for you! A 3 slice serving gives you more than 20 vitamins & minerals and just 50 calories. Our favorite way to eat it: sliced with grilled chicken and sea salt. Yum!
