The reason France acts so pervy around other nations is because he doesn’t want them to worry about him. After Jeanne’s death, he locked himself in his room and no one could get him out. He spent three days locked up until Prussia and Spain forced him to get out. He saw how much he caused the other nations to worry and felt guilty. He was one of the older nations and he was supposed to be one of the responsible ones. So he forced himself to act happy and pervy. He figured if they were too annoyed by his constant innuendoes then no one would see his depression. He did get over Jeanne over the last few centuries, but he vowed never to fall in love ever again. Sometimes, he cries himself to sleep, espcially on May 30.
