In response to the anon asking about eating post-workout. I'm a Kinesiology major and a national team athlete. There are two windows that you must eat in. 15-30 minutes post exercise you need carbs to replace immediate energy. This is not a meal. This is a apple/yogurt, pear/handful of almonds etc. Then 1.5 hours after exercise you must have a small meal. This is a piece of pb/j toast and a banana etc. Don't do this and your glycogen energy stores will NOT replace for 21 hours....!!
well i just learned something new!!
this is awesome to know!!! and super helpful!!
thank you!!
How many languages does Tom speak? Also which ones? (Forgive me if I treat you like the authority/Queen of all Hiddles knowledge, it's just that you're the best person for this kind of question. Also your blog is AMAZING.)
Thank you! <3 It is an honor for me that you think that way.
Well, here we go. Tom speak:
Spanish: He is not fluent, according to him, he understands more than he can speak.
Greek: He’s fluent. He learned at university. (Cambridge)
Latin: Same as Greek.
French: Not sure if he’s fluent, but in some interviews he talks a lot in french.
That’s it! :)
I have a horrible problem with motivation :/ I started working out in november till about early january-then after my dead line (proving this person wrong) I stopped.I thought I was doing it for me,but I guess not :( I'm in okay shape, truly, but it's fading-How do you keep yourself motivated? x
Because time will pass if I work out or not. When it comes to your health/fitness you never stay the same. You either progress or slowly fade back. But never the same. So since the time will ALWAYS be moving forward, I guess I better use it wisely!
You do not want to be upset 3months from now because you let yourself slide back.
THAT is what keeps me going. And I wanna look good 8)

Well… My usual green and tan peacoat that you have already seen me in is one of my ‘casual’ favorites. I like wearing it when I’m out and about doing my daily business.
But I recently found a new jacket I have grown quite fond of that I wear to any out-of-town business meetings that I (have no choice but to) attend…

… too much?
I’ve been told my face is a little too ‘youthful’ for such a ‘mature’ coat…
