Cabin Pressure and Sherlock Giveaway

My Yellow Car Rules Graphic! It’s printed on regular printer paper and were created for a test print. It seems a shame to just recycle them.
From the Island of Misfit Bookmarks, Mystradedoodle’s Sherlock Character bookmarks! (These are all slightly damaged in one way or another [Mystradedoodles: One is cut through, the next has no border and the last two are glued shut! Poor critters.] so they’ll need proper love and care. Instructions for tender loving care will be sent with the adopted bookmarks. XD)
Rules:
1. I don’t care how old you are, but if I’m sending you mail and you live with your parents, make sure that they don’t freak out because an internet person is sending you something. That’s all I ask.
2. Reblog as many times as you like. I’ll copy all the notes into a random list generator and pick the winners. Grand Prize Winner will win the four injured bookmarks and one copy of the yellow car rules. The three runners up get one copy each of the Yellow Car Rules.

Oh, and if I may, I’d like to also like you all to read this post about the money I still need to raise for my residence hall deposit for school this fall in London. However, this will in no way affect who wins and who doesn’t as I’m much too busy moving at the moment to correlate who buys shirts, posters/bookmarks, or donates and who doesn’t. The only list I’ll be looking at is reblogs, but I thought since I’m still $600 away from what I need for the deposit I felt should probably mention it. :D
¿Constituyen las amenazas delito?
Sí, pero no todas las amenazas fueron establecidas como delito en el Cód. Penal. Es decir, si X amenaza a Y con matarlo, este solo hecho no constituye delito. Debe por lo menos que X haber superado los actos preparatorios (p.ej. comprar un arma de fuego con el objetivo de dispararle a Y) y comenzar con la ejecución del delito (disparos en contra de Y), sin que se obtenga la muerte de Y o muriendo este último, lo que podría catalogarse como tentativa de homicidio u homicidio (consumado), respectivamente. Las amenazas no son una tentativa del delito. La conducta que penaliza el legislador en el art. 347 del Cód. Penal corresponde al acto de infundir temor a una persona, familia, comunidad o institución, con el propósito de causar alarma, zozobra o terror en la población, valiéndose para ello de cualquier medio apto para difundir este pensamiento. P.ej. X (embajador de un grupo armado al margen de la ley) empieza a repartir volantes alusivos a su revolución, anunciando que ese día en horas de la noche, se bañaría en sangre la población Z. Ahora bien, si la amenaza recae sobre un servidor público de la rama judicial (p.ej. un magistrado, un juez o un fiscal), del Ministerio Público (p.ej. un procurador) o sobre sus familiares en virtud de su cargo, la pena se aumenta en la tercera parte. Si X amenaza a Y (hijo de magistrado) porque su perro le ensució el jardín, no hay delito, pero si X fue condenado por A (padre de Y) y en virtud de esa condena se realiza la amenaza, se constituye el delito en comento.
