Background: An assassin for hire, and not the best one out there, Aiden moved to Westfield to get away from the big city competition he’d had in nearby towns. He lives in a tiny apartment and lives from assignment to assignment. Tragically, he was struck by lightning which granted him the power to energize objects, causing them to explode. Unfortunately, he was not granted control over his powers.
He works mostly for himself and has very few contacts as he moved recently - literally just in time for the storm. Drinking and drugs are two things he does plenty of.
He is accident prone and still very immature. He’s not the best nor the most professional assassin out there, but he gets his jobs done. Because of this, not only isn’t he too well known in the criminal community, but he also isn’t taken too seriously and is paid far too little. But that’s just fine with him. He’s content to just float by day after day.
Weakness: Other than his lack of control [powers spiking when he experiences heavy emotions], he also needs to be touching the item to energize it. Only with extreme concentration and energy on his part can he energize items without touching them, often draining him of power and wearing him out quite easily. The bigger the item, the more it takes out of him.
Update(s) from canon roleplay he is in: Aiden is no longer working as a hitman. He quit everything (killing, drugs, drinking) save smoking and is currently almost-engaged to his lover.
