Why Sam! girls are very openly “bitter”: aka my entire relationship with Supernatural aka i’ll huff and i’ll puff and i’ll send u 2 hell aka season fuck you 2: electric boogaloo: A mini rant on Supernatural’s most under appreciated baby doll.
ANYWAY, I always see people attacking Sam girls for being whiny and bitter. “Sam’s arc is fine, why are you bitching”, they say. Considering the fact that a lot of the fandom doesn’t really have much of an interest in Sam beyond a secondary character, I think it’s safe to say that it’s REALLY hard to understand someone’s frustration if you aren’t invested.
* Please note: the purpose of this post isn’t to attack ur faves or make an insinuation that there is anything wrong with the ships and characters you like. I also like those characters. Please do not interpret my issues with Sam’s handling in comparison to other characters as a suggestion that those characters don’t deserve good arcs. The only character in SPN that this blogger even remotely hates is that 12 year old fat spaceman creeping on Dean in the parking lot. That kid was the worst.
oh the greatest thing happened on skype the other day
i was talking to ashley and we were hanging out etc. cj comes in to be a little shit and talk about supernatural with me even though i’ve told him numerous times i’m not interested in his opinions about it.
so he comes in and he’s talking about some random character in season seven that was in the show for like five minutes or something and
i look at ashley and say
“he ships destiel”(in a rly disappointed voice)
my brother RUNS over to the bed and jumps on and goes
“YEAH WELL SHE SHIPS WINCEST! SHE SHIPS SAM AND DEAN!!!”(in a rly grossed out voice)
and i look at ashley
and ashley looks at me
then she looks at cj
and goes
“why do you think we’re friends?”
I’ve never sat down and watched any of the Star Treks. I remember seeing bits and pieces and sometimes an entire episode with my dad when I was a kid, but I never watched them, you know? And now since I go to Ashley’s blog to cry over my feelings of BSG quite often I keep looking at what she’s said about it and her gifs, etc, and I always look at how Emily loves it a lot and now I think I want to watch it.
I also think my dad would be quite frankly happy as a I don’t even know that I would watch it with him too. But, I’m not gonna tell him I’m trying it though until I’ve done so and can sit with him while he watches some when he’s off work. And then I can get him to watch Firefly with me lol

i’m doing a sketch project for my drawing class and basically i’m doing 40 sketches on this one piece of paper
so i thought it would be a cool idea to make a collage of faces of people i know on tumblr (with fandom things)
