I work ouuut!!
So I’m pretty sure my entire body is starting to ache…
Let’s recap the past two days:
Yesterday: 30 min hill workout on the treadmill, 30 min hill workout on the bike, 20 min elliptical, and a 15 min NTC arms workout.
Today: 1 hr Zumba 45 min abs of steel and 30 min spin class.
Yep I’m tired!
