Crosswind: Decisions
More Switch-a-roo Les and Abby! Scene takes place after Les kills Darius with Ben, which happens in the original story, but…of course this is with a twist. No guns for this Walker.
Most of it is just dialogue but it was fun to come up with.

The blood had barely cooled. It still ran down his face, flecking his lips. He’d thrown up his illusion when he straightened after tearing out the throat of the other man. Not with blunt, useless human teeth but long, curved fangs that sank into flesh and muscle. He’d spat it from his mouth immediately, hating the taste of the man, hating himself for not ending him sooner. It had taken so long to find the coward, so long to find the man that had harmed Abigail Rae that dark night after work.
So long to find the filthy scum that took her from him.
“What’re you gunna do, Les?”
The blonde lykos wiped a hand across his mouth, smearing the blood across the curve of his palm.
“I don’t know,” he said.
