Unexpected visitors.

Quinn had finished off ordering dinner and returned to bed, already feeling exhausted from being up and down with the baby after only one night. Of course she knew if she really wanted she could stay in bed and sleep but it just didn’t seem right to Quinn to let Rachel do all of the work while she lazed around. Besides, it was her first baby that she had kept and she wasn’t going to miss a single moment with their daughter, even if it was in the middle of the night. Soon after hitting the bed she found herself half asleep, and she was startled by a loud knock echoing through the house and she practically jumped out of bed, her eyes darting to Lily to make sure she was still asleep before racing towards the front door so that the incessant knocking would stop. Thinking it was the pizza; Quinn grabbed forty dollars from the counter and finally opened the door, only to be met with Brittany and Santana standing hand and hand. “I think you’re supposed to pay after I’ve racked up the hours…” A knowing smirk formed on Santana’s lips and Quinn started to panic, looking around frantically for her wife. “Rachel…?” As she called out for the singer a bouncing blonde practically lept forward and wrapped Quinn up in a hug. “Yes, hello Bee.”
