30 Days of Buffy: Day 2, Favorite Episode
Well, this one is very simple, Band Candy. I loved the premise of this episode, but I just love the fact I get to see Giles act like a bad ass teenager. Though I don’t ship, or like the fact of Giles/Joyce in the episode their interactions were awesome. So the episode idea was awesome. Giles as ‘Ripper’ is a plus. The Giles/Joyce interactions were fun. Oh, and of course Ethan Rayne was in the episode, and is my favorite villain. So put all those together and you have my favorite Buffy episode. :]

joy.”They were there for each other in the very beginning, through the end. They always cared about each other
and really should have gotten together at some point, but just their friendship alone was adorable and one of a kind, too. The way only they understood each other at times. I just loved and hated their relationship sometimes. -
30 Days of Buffy: Day 1, Favorite Season
I would have to say that my favorite season of Buffy would be Season 2. It doesn’t have my favorite episode “Band Candy”, but it does have a lot of episodes that I enjoy. Some of the episodes I enjoy in this season include, Halloween, Lie to Me, Dark Age, Passion, Ted, Phases, and Becoming Pt 1&2. I also felt that this season had quite a bit of character growth. We got to learn more about Giles, and his past before he became a watcher. *Cough I really like Giles* This is just the season along with season 3 that I can watch on repeat and not be annoyed by it. So my favorite season is 2. :]

OMG!!! I did the first one almost exactly one year ago. A lot of my answers are still the same, right down to “Freakin’ Kennedy”. Oh that’s weird. See you next year. Since I probably will forget again.

30 days of Buffy: Day 12: Least Favorite Episode
Beer Bad
Ok, so I know it was obligatory for Joss and the writers to carefully address the underage-binge-drinking-at-college subject, but this was not the best. I have a lot of problems with Xander being a bartender. You know, fake ID aside, you have to get registered with the food and beverage commission in your state, or the equivalent. Not as easy as showing up. They usually make you help out until they have seen you bartend. Anyway, logistics and personal experience aside, I just really hate it. It kind of sends the whole “If you drink, you will become a caveman, and die” message to young people. I also love how Buffy’s hair is crimped whenever she isn’t herself (also when she was being bad with Faith, and when Faith and her switched bodies) Bad hair. Bad episode. I will forever skip it.

Day 15: A Scene That Made You Cry
Scenes from The Gift, Chosen, and - is there something else?
The Gift. There’s the beautiful music working for the scene, and Buffy’s speech - it’s all just so sad. She saves Dawn and the world but also breaks her sister’s heart. And it breaks your heart too.
And Chosen. When Buffy has her speech - a speech, again - , how we have to be strong, and they fight - I feel something big. I’m not crying. Actually, I never cry when I watch tv. I just can’t. I don’t do that. But if I would, those two scenes are defitinely the ones that would have made me cry.
