Does anyone else have that problem where you want to do a workout vid but your room is upstairs or you have a basement and the whole floor shakes when you jump?

Jillian Michaels 35 day shred!

Okay so if you have been following me a while you know that Tomorrow I am going to finish Jillian’s 90 day Body Revolution program and that I recently bought Insanity. I’m going camping the first week of July so I can’t do Insanity until I get back (because I don’t want to take a break mid program) so to keep me busy in the mean time I have come up with a 35 day shred using Jillian’s 30 day shred workouts. If you would like to do it with me, I am going to start on Sunday (May 19th) and here is the schedule I am going to follow:

I have it printed on my wall and I’m just gonna put stickers on every completed workout cuz I’m a child like that :) You can also find the link to these workouts Here so you can do them for free! all you need are some hand weights!

If you decide to do it with me I would love to hear about your progress!! You can do the program the way its designed, each level 10 times before progressing if that’s better for you, but I get bored easily so I mixed it up. <33

35 day shred day 2!

wow I was not expecting to wake up sore with 30DS after having completed Body Rev. I kind of thought the shred was easy but it just goes to show you that you can make any workout harder with added weights and advanced moves!

I think I may have broken both of my arms tho!

Still fat.

But apparently, 1/30th of the way to less fat. So there’s that.
