The first time Tony ever told Pepper he wanted to hold a press conference, she spent four hours calling every major news outlet she could think of trying to set it up herself.  She stopped when the Stark Industries PR department called her to ask what the hell she was doing.

Now whenever she trains a new assistant for herself or Tony, she makes sure to tell them if a task seems monumentally complex or time-consuming, there’s probably a department in the company they’re supposed to delegate it to.
