    75.8kg this morning. I got to down 75.6 the other day so I’ve gained a small bit back, that’s not too bad really, just natural variation. I want to try and just weigh myself once a week because I don’t like obsessing over my weight on a daily basis.

    Yesterday I completed week five of couch to five k, so I get to finally move onto week six tomorrow! The 20 minute run is a little daunting, but hopefully I’ll be able to make it. I also plan on starting to do some workouts on the Wii this week as well.

    And on Friday & Saturday I wore size 14 jeans in public! This is a bit of a moment, it’s been years since I managed to fit into size 14 jeans. The jeans I have I’ve actually never worn, so they’re finally getting some use! They’re tight, but not uncomfortably so.

    17 day diet - Day I have no idea

    Breakfast: (Woke feeling a little sick so I didn’t eat)

    Lunch: Applesauce, yogurt

    Dinner: Chicken & Veggie stir fry

    Water: 8/8

    Exercise: Cardio/Weight routine at gym

    My 17 Day Diet plans and goals.
    1. To be 120-127 pounds
    2. Learn a new way to lose weight, and stick to it!
    3. Exercise more!
    4. Hopefully lose some of my boobs.
    5. If number 4 doesn’t happen, get a reduction, ASAP!
    6. Learn Yoga (:
    7. Meditate more and work on my Pagan Studies more often.
    8. Make more videos, and upload more often.
    9. Get my hips tattooed
    10. Be healthy and happy!

    Day ten! Only one more week of this cycle to go!

    Weighed in this morning and I was 75.9, feels good to be back in the 75’s, it’s definitely been a while. I’m not really expecting to have lost any more weight when I weigh myself in the morning, I just feel like I’m going to plateau out soon and stop losing. I had chicken for both lunch and dinner today and it was pretty horrible. The chicken had gone kinda gross from defrosting, so when I pan-fried for lunch it went all watery, even though the pan was good and hot when I put it in. Then for dinner I thought I would try something slightly different and put pesto on top of the chicken and bake it in the oven…ewww…that was not a good idea. I ended up scraping the pesto off the top because it was just gross, also the chicken was all dry, not a great meal. Tomorrow I am planning on making fish cakes again.

    Went to the beach today and did the first day of week five of the couch to five k program, this is the third week I have done week five for various reasons, and the work out wasn’t too hard. The only thing that made it difficult was the fact that the tide was coming in so the sand was really soft. I’m going to go down earlier tomorrow and hopefully the tide will be out a bit further, it’s really awkward timing at the moment with full tide being around midday.

    I've been on this diet for two days

    And I’ve already lost five ish pounds! woohoooo! I’ve been working non stop but I’ll try to update more frequently.

    I forgot to weigh myself this morning, I had to get up early because the farrier was coming, so by the time I went and fed the horses and came in for my own breakfast I had totally forgotten about checking the scales. I did hope on them in the afternoon though and I was a bit surprised when they read 76.4kg! I’m nearly in the 75’s! That is pretty exciting.

    Eating-wise today I think I did pretty well. Had yoghurt with blueberries and peaches for breakfast. For lunch I got inventive and made fish cakes by blending fish, onion, and an egg together. They actually turned out pretty well! And were more interesting than just plain old fish. And then for dinner I had chicken, mushrooms, onions, and some beans. I did add some tomato pasta sauce to the chicken which was perhaps a little naughty, but it gave it some flavour.

    I did some exercise today as well, went to the beach for a walk. The timing was all off though so I had to go when it was high-tide which meant I just walked. And then I managed to break my phone :( turns out slamming phones in car doors doesn’t do good things for their touch screens. I spent a while trying to get the photos off it but it seems like they are gone for good :(.

    And now for something a bit more interesting, pictures! The 2010 picture is about the only picture I found of myself wearing a t-shirt from the last two years. That was what I think my heaviest weight, I would have been around 86kg, I’m not exactly sure though, possibly closer to 87ish maybe. Then the picture from this year was taken nearly two weeks ago when I was around 79kg.

    The photo on the left is a pretty good motivator!!
