In March of 1889, A man in Congress named Johnson planed a Military Reconstruction Act. Congress did away with his plan and divded the South into 5 districts. They placed a Union General in charge of each districts. The Union Generals of the districts forced 1 boy and 1 girl to fight to the death on a live annual pageant. Made each district write their own constituions. Iventually giving all adult males the right to vote. Sound familiar?
