Uh, can you guys stop acting like you came together as a community and called that girl out on her fake bruises because you’re all so awesome?
I was the only one who said anything about it, and any reblogs after that were responses to my own. I still have the post on my blog if you want to go look at my response and the countless notes of all of you freaking out and hoping she was okay and wanting to delete your blogs and photos of yourselves because of her makeup skills.
This community is ridiculous about taking credit for things that they never did or said. Your title isn’t even your own.
So, you’re welcome for coining the term “holmies” and you’re welcome for trying to calm you guys down when everyone was having a panic fit over thinking they’re going to get the shit kicked out of them when they leave the house.
You’re all such ~wonderful people~.

THE Batman Shooting BBC 3
This was incredibly disappointing and rather insipid. I couldn’t identify at all with the watery journalist. She was awful. There were huge journalistic errors, like, when arrested James stated that he was the Joker. Obviously we now know this was completely fabricated, and utter nonsense.
It was interesting to see the jail where James is being held, and sobering to know that three people are sitting on death row. She did ponder if James would end up there, awaiting the lethal injection.
The specialist doctor from the university was quite interesting. He gave his opinion of the pictures they have of James. Stating that James demeanor in court was called flat emotion. (showing no emotion). He did say this could be due to mental illness.
The guy from the gun range was interviewed. I got the impression that he was after his 5 minutes of fame. I saw the application form James filled out with the Sherlock email.
Overall while interesting, it was poorly documented, focusing mainly on American gun laws and 4 of the survivors.
It was heart rending seeing the memorial opposite the cinema and listening to a couple of the survivors that had lost loved ones and friends.
Interestingly only one of them wanted the death penalty for James.
Before Gunfire in Colorado Theater, Hints of 'Bad News' About James Holmes
mobile.nytimes.comReally interesting article about him and really detailed. Wonder how much is true..
"A blazing light surrounded Holmes when he allegedly opened the back door of the theatre."
“A woman who said she had information helpful to lawyers defending James Eagan Holmes disrupted the hearing about whether to unseal the files in the murder case this afternoon.
When she stood up in the courtroom and began talking, the judge told her not to interrupt court and then she was escorted out by Arapahoe County sheriff’s deputies.
After the woman was removed from the courtroom, she was allowed to retrieve a computer bag she had left near the media holding area and then taken away by deputies.
A TV reporter who had spoken to her before the hearing began said the woman talked to her about a conspiracy dating to 1956 and a blazing light that surrounded Holmes when he allegedly opened the back door of the theater July 20.”
