Dean waking up one night and seeing a thin ring of light glowing some place across the room. There’s a dull humming noise, and Dean can make out Cas’ angled nose and cheekbones illuminated beneath the light. And then Dean turns on the light and sees Cas sitting in a chair, eyes closed b/c he’s meditating or something. Dean thinks he just saw Cas’ halo.
