Alchemy, the independent distributor formerly known as Millennium Entertainment, is nearing the finish line to pick up the North American rights to Zipper, in a deal being brokered by CAA.

The deal is in the low seven figures, between $1 million and $2 million according to sources, and includes a significant theatrical release for later this year as part of a multi-platform plan.
