a great short release that seemed to fly under the radar of a lot of people this year: some very well thought out screamo coming from new hampshire’s youth funeral. you really can’t go wrong with that will killingsworth production.
Scowler are streaming their side of the upcoming split with Youth Funeral, due out later this year on Broken World Media, No Guidance, Skeletal Lightning, and Dog Knights Productions over at Funeral Sounds. Listen to it here!
Another bed for a phantom limb; cut the ties and remove all bonds. Wave goodbye. Creative heart, creative mind, weighed down by a burden of life. Creative heart, creative mind, self-destructive and fucking tired. I can’t get away. Another portrait of the artist as a young corpse.
Triple post for CT, Boston, and Manchester. This has been so much fun we’re getting a little behind.
We played nick cages in CT with sorority noise and youth funeral. Made banana boats in a bonfire and stayed up late playing magic cards and getting to know cam and nick.
Boston was with lovechild, my fictions and mountain man. We bought a bike in Boston. The hotelier was supposed to play, but they didn’t, but people thought they were, so the show was very well attended. Zach’s amp caught on fire for a sec, but it was cool. Best boston show in a looooong time.
Manchester was our last show with youth funeral. Lovechild and chalk li played super tight. Finally got to swim a bit and scored some legit New England seafood. We hit up a late night diner after the show with youth funeral for bittersweet goodbyes.
