Decline, Incline, and flat Bench press (Dumbbell or Barbell)

(Really any compound exercises are great also)
Things I eat.. I really need to work on that part honestly. For the most part I make sure I get a ton of carbs and protein. I have 2 protein shakes a day. Im the type of person that doesnt eat “bad”, but not really “good” either. If that makes sense. Thats why I will never have a six pack. I dont eat the right diet for that. You guys could always look on Andrews blog, he eats a lot better than I do. Just click on the “boyfriend” link on my blog.
