I have always wanted to run without a shirt on but couldn’t because I wasn’t toned/skinny/on the cover of sports illustrated. But today, I realized how my thoughts held me back from doing something super exhilarating and it was silly to wait for all of those things to come. So I closed my shirt drawer, put on my fanny pack, and ran. And it was puddle-filled and awesome and no children threw sticks at me while their mothers were telling me to put clothes on. No one cared. It was only me who cared and now that I don’t, I can move on to beating the next obstacle in my life. 💐

Yoga Teacher Training has seriously got me thinking ALL THE TIME & I love it. #yogithoughts #running #gohardorgoOM #happiness #beatnegativitywithastick
