Day 1 of with is or. I used to think of this as an ordinary cool down pose until my teacher told me this is the most important part of the practice because this is where you get the benefits of all the poses you worked hard on. It looks simple but it is hard to stay relaxed and still for a couple of minutes. I love that we are starting with this pose. ☺️ @patbailey @monkeymix @gordonogden
