took a spin class at 7 am this morning and I’m so out of shape oh my god how did this happen. I don’t think I realized how out of shape I had gotten until I put on a few pounds (only like 5 or so but I still notice lol) but I’m really going to start trying to eat healthier and I’m going to take at least one exercise class on the days I don’t have classes. I’m taking two today, I have a barre class at 6 yay. my school gym offers free personal training sessions too so I think I may do that. I just feel so sluggish and unhealthy. hopefully I can get out of this rut I seem to be in
