So we had a debate in our class and this was one of the many topics and our group got the “No.” side.
The thing is… MOST of them defending the sides used “LOVE” as a basis and IT BOTHERED ME.
So I thought:
I choose “NO” not because you enter a relationship JUST
because of LOVE. Also, the absence of love is not a reasonable excuse to cheat. Or any excuse is actually valid for cheating in relationships.
What I really want to say is that: PEOPLE WHO ENTERS A RELATIONSHIP SHOULD KNOW THAT THEY ARE COMMITTING TO THE PERSON THEY WANT TO BE WITH ergo BEING IN A RELATIONSHIP IS A COMMITMENT and if you can’t do it or think you’ll be cheating then “WHY in the world would you go to the trouble of being in a relationship!?” and waste your time making excuses, doing amendments, HURTING EACH OTHER when YOU SHOULD KNOW deep in you that you just can’t be committed. And, IF you do think that that relationship is off the path THEN WHY CAN’T WE ALL JUST SKIP THE OTHER DRAMAS and break it off?
DRAMA =less pain = SAVING TIME
Let’s face it, people may disagree but whatever! :)
