GW- It was 120, but now I want to be toned and strong- not skinny.

Back in March I decided to actually dedicate myself to losing weight- not just telling people I planned on doing it. This shit wasn’t easy at all! Thank god for tumblr and pinterest and all the motivational people in my life! I started eating healthy and tracking my calories on myfitnesspal. I started walking on my treadmill for 20 minutes a day- which doesn’t sound like a lot, I know. At first I got winded after 5 minutes. But over time I got better- it didn’t get much easier. Now, I beast out 45 minute spin classes every other day! Im still struggling to make the right food choices and I try my best to ignore my sweet tooth, but anythings possible if you really want it! You just need to stick with it and keep going- even if the scale isn’t moving. One morning the scale with drop a few notches and you’ll be SO happy! 

I couldn’t have done this without my awesome boyfriend, Teddy! I can’t even count how many times I’ve cried to him about the nonexistent progress after a few days, or how often he tells me that he is proud of me. Everyone needs a support system. Im thankful for everything he does and everything he’s helped me with along my weightloss journey. I’m eternally grateful!
