I have been reading my RxPrep book non-stop during my final APPE rotation and it causing an awful lot of anxiety (currently on ABX and doing a quick overview). I am fairly confident I will handle the calculations section easily, but I am on the Abx/Anti-fungals section; does the NAPLEX go as in-depth as the RxPrep book? I feel like I should know “big-ticket items” like Vancomycin is usable for MRSA, but not for VREF and trough levels, but how much of this material is “too much”? Seems like a lot of sections consist of material that would have been fair game when a whole class was dedicated to that disease state. I feel like I might be overpreparing, even with my preliminary “light-review”.Any suggestions? via /r/pharmacy
