Vegan Reese’s Rice Crispies: aka the most heavenly blend of chocolate, peanut butter, agave, and brown rice cereal all coming together in one gluten free, no bake bar. Seriously, all you need is a bowl, microwave, and fridge. Need more convincing? How does 94 calories, 3g protein each sound? Good? Good.

Raw vegan bliss balls - medjool dates, pecans, chia seeds, Pepitas, coconut nectar, cacao powder, coconut. All in food processor except coconut, roll into balls and roll in coconut and cacao powder.

Almond butter - cashews, almonds, rock salt (the tiniest pinch), maple syrup (the tiniest bit), all in food processor, keep stopping and scraping down the sides to make sure everything gets blended. Blend until it turns into a spread then put in a jar.

Took a class this quarter called Decolonizing the diet towards an indigenous veganism. Most amazing eye opening class I’ve ever been a part of. Our final project was too create a four course vegan pre colonial ish meal. I created zoodles with a pumpkin sage sauce topped with cinnamon pepitas and edible flowers! Such a beautiful meal with beautiful people!
