OMG. But can’t you imagine him being an avid Klaine shipper?? Like, in his mind all women belong/should be with him but two men together doesn’t effect him so he loves slash - especially Klaine.

That reminds me, I never made a post about this but I met a tumblr user two days ago! Rachel came up to me at work, and she just sort of stared at my name tag and I just sort of was like “Hi! Can I help you?” And she just went, “Claire…from tumblr?” And OMG I got so excited, especially cause it was a friend!

Ahhhh, I love meeting people from tumblr!! That was so exciting!

I was tagged by earthly-angel!

Rule one: always post the rules

Rule two: answer the questions the person who tagged you asked and write 5 new ones

Rule 3: tag 5 people and link them to the post

Rule 4: actually tell them you tagged them

Questions asked by earthly-angel:

1/ Which song would be a great opening theme if your life was a TV show. Why?

Hmmm.  I’m going to say Accidentally in Love by Counting Crows because it describes my relationship with Jim pretty perfectly.

2/ Name the closest thing next to you. What’s it doing here? Why?

My laptop is currently on my torso so I guess that counts.  And I’m using it for fanfiction/tumblr purposes.

3/  What’s your weirdest eating habit?

Ummm.  Hm.  I don’t know if this is weird or not but when I want to eat a banana, I peel it from the bottom instead of the top.  Apparently that’s how monkeys do it?  I don’t know.  It seems to work better though.

4/ Who did you want to be when you were growing up? Why? Did you pursue it? If not, why?

I really wanted to be a vet but then I took zoology in high school.  It was INSANELY hard (mainly difficult to try and draw everything) and I was like, “man, I don’t want to be a vet badly enough to deal with this.”  So I went to my second choice and did psychology instead.

5/ Imagine you were given a free sample of Felix Felicis. What would your perfect day look like?

Well, ideally I would get, like, 40 participants for my special sample for my thesis.  That would be awesome.  Work and school would get cancelled.  My brother would bring home a puppy.  And I’d win the lottery.  All of those things would be stupendous.

My Questions

1) What skill do you wish you had that you don’t?

2) If you could be best friends with any fictional character, who would you choose?  Why?

3) Do you have any irrational fears?  If so, what are they?  How long have you been afraid of whatever it is?

4) What would you choose as your last meal?

5) Tell me about a favorite tradition in your life.  How did it get started?  How long has it been a tradition?

Once you get this you have to say five things you like about yourself, publicly, then send this to ten of your favorite followers (non-negotiable) (positivity is cool)

Um…wow, I suck at this. That’s the opposite of positive, Chrissy

1. Animals tend to like me, which is my favorite thing about myself tbh.

2. I’m good at spelling.

3. I like my sense of humor.

4. I’ve gathered a lot of random trivia about various interests of mine.

5. I’m pretty good at wrapping presents.

If you enjoy Downton Abbey or Upstairs Downstairs this is a book you will enjoy. This is a memoir of a woman who worked as a kitchen maid in several large houses similar to that of Downton Abbey. It gives you a real sense of what it was actually like to work as a maid in the early 1900s. It also shows how accurate those TV series actually are because there are several moments in the book that are reminiscent of the tv shows. The book is written in a simple conversationalist style so it feels more like you’re talking to Margaret Powell than reading about her life. The memoir is fairly short and quick read. She really only talks about her life working as a maid, she very briefly touches on her childhood and her life after she got married, but not very much. It’s simple, interesting and informative for any history buff.
