Isle of Wight Festival Round Up

What a weekend, I really don’t know where to start with trying to explain all of the amazing things that happened.

For those of you who didn’t know, we knuckled down with the Tim Peaks gang - (www.timpeaks.com) and worked super hard over the last month putting together all the pieces of the jigsaw to make sure the Intoxicated Tea Rooms were a huge success.

We had guest appearances from Tim Burgess & Mark Collins of The Charlatans, Suzanne Vega, Sean O'Hagan, Nick Heyward and our very own Gramotones & The Wax Collection. Not forgetting the exceptional DJ sets from Black Cat DJs Dean Chalkley and Simon Fane and also Richard Norris.

Upon arriving home last night we discovered that The Metro had featured our tent in their top ten moments of the festival:

Great to see Tim Peaks and the Intoxicated Tea Rooms getting some well deserved recognition. We can’t wait for Kendal Calling next…
