On endorphins of course!
Since there is no crossfit action in the city, where my parents live, I took some other classes to entertain myself. First circuit training and then a spinning class. Something definitely happened to my lungs today, I felt like I pushed myself even further than I usually do, so I’m hoping for major progression in oxygen uptake. ;)
We did an exercise for the circuit that I haven’t tried before, and thát always cheers me right up. I LOOOOOVE skill work, it’s kind of ridiculous. But this is a plank where your lower back sways and you do a push off from the ground into a small jump. I’m going to try to progress into a full jump with legs and arms out. Have no idea what the names of these exercises are, but I will try to find out. I will do a video of it tomorrow and put it here. Will be good to show progress once I’m a bit further. I would do it now but I’m wearing a very unflattering pyjamas. 😂😂😂
Wasn’t hungry after the workouts so I just had some watermelon for dinner. I will probably wake up a million times to run to the bathroom, which is great because by that time I will probably be hungry. #masochist
