I did the Cube method from January until the powerlifting meet in March this year. I went from 227lbs to 238lbs body weight. Increased from a 380 lb bench to 405. Increases from a 485 lb squat to 525. I coupled it with Carb Back Loading which helped with the muscle gain. Now, besides being strong, I get this awesome T-shirt forever.
