So I’ve had this book for a while and finally decided to pick it up today and read it, as of today I’m going to start getting back to my healthy eating and exercise routine as I’ve been slacking so much since summer my diet has gone right out the window this book is very helpful tells you all the things you need to know about eating right here are some of the details in the book I will continue to make posts as I read on

Breakfast for dinner because idgaf. Chunky peanut butter on gala apples, oatmeal with raisins, cinnamon, and agave nectar, and some yummy chai tea.
