So, I just finished watching a load of David Lynch’s short films.

Well its not like I expected this cinematic experience to be normal.

On a more serious note: The Cowboy and the Frenchman was kind of funny, and I liked Lumiere mainly because I think that kind of video style really suits the stuff he does anyway, so it would be cool to see him have the opportunity to shoot on something like that again. Six Men Getting Sick (Six Times) was kind of cool as an installation piece but it was pretty repetitive. The Grandmother was pretty similar to Eraserhead in style so not really my cup of tea although I could appreciate the visuals (and the Twin Peaks esque white skin and suits). The Alphabet wasn’t too bad either. Wasn’t too fond of The Amputee.
