Cauliflower mashed, yum, yum!!!!😋 is what I had for dinner tonight, with an egg plus egg white omelette topped with spicy red onions.😁

👉90g Cauliflower mashed
👉1 slice 2% fat Swiss cheese slice
👉25g (about ¾ cup) sauted kale

Omelette:
👉1 egg
👉1/4 cup egg whites

Spicy red onions:
👉40g (about ¼ cup) red onions
👉1/4 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
👉2 spray of liquid aminos
sprinkle of #MrsDash southwest chipotle seasoning
👉Fry/sauted everything in coconut oil.

💥Macros:
210cal, 20g pro, 9g carb, 8g fat👍

Guess what my second meal of the day was today? MANCAKES!!!! Yes, I had Mancakes today!!!
No, you don’t have to have a moustache, and grow hair on your chest to eat this. Thank God!!
You just have to be very hungry, hehe! 😛wether you are a man or woman, doesn’t matter! hungry or not, you will devour these pancakes/waffles.😋

This HIGH PROTEIN pancake and waffle mix, is super DELICIOUS!! riquisimo, sabroso! bueniiiisimo!!!😉💪
Aside from tasting great, it’s super nutritious made with oats and whey protein isolate,💪💪💪💪 20g of protein per serving, and only 2g of sugar per serving, one serving makes one big filling waffle or pancake. Gluten free, soy free, just add water and you are good to go, very easy to make.
The only downside is that it’s a bit high in calories, but that is only a downside if you are watching calories, I guess this is why they are named this mix MANcakes haha!! 😁 But it is also high in goodness, is full of only great nutritious ingredients. So you just have to watch your portions and calorie intake.

I usually like to make my own home made protein pancakes, but when I want to cut corners, or just for a change, and to keep my sanity I sometimes EAT this baby! 💥especially before a workout.

Below is the meal and macros:

👉1 MANCAKES waffle
👉55g grilled flank steak

Toppings:
👉1 teaspoon almond butter
👉2 tbsp sugar free syrup

I ran out of #Waldenfarms calorie free, sugar free syrup 😏 but I found another syrup in my fridge that is sugar free but has 15 calories per tbsp, so I was cool with that for today. I always keep it 2 tbsp max, or just dip!

💪440cal, 37g pro, 40g carb, 16g fat

My breakfast today:

👉1 slice fitness bread by #Mestermacher
👉1 whole egg
👉1/4 cup egg whites
👉30g smoked salmon

💥Avocado spread:
🍴This one was a experiment for the first time, kind of winged this one.

👉1 tbsp 1% fat cottage cheese
👉1 tbsp Quark, you can sub with non-fat greek yogurt
👉25g avocado

Blend everything together with fork or a blender, but with fork worked better for me because it was not a lot.
I only used have of this spread, it turned out to be a lot for the sandwich, so I am using the other half later today.

This is the first time I’ve tried making the Avocado spread and OMG!! it was DIVINE!! 😋❤yes, really! I had avocado left in my refrigerator and I need it to use it before it went bad, but I wanted to make it different this time and add it some much need it PROTEIN💪💪 so I can fully meet my macros. Especially because today is LOW CARB day, and I need to get most of my total carbs (80g) early today, mostly morning till noon time.

I always like to eat the smoked salmon and egg with the fitness bread, why, 1st, because I get to make an open face sandwich, the fitness (Rye) bread is long, but you can cut it if you wish, but I like it just as is. 2nd it has a slight salty taste, and I have this thing that I have to fry the whole egg over easy so that I get a RUNNY YOLK!!! while I am eating it hehe!!!😛😋 and makes everything more moist, plus I get to clean the yolk on the plate with the last pieces of bread, hahaha!!! I only do this at home, I promised. 😉

👉So the way I ensembled the open face sandwich was like this 👇
Fitness bread, followed by a bed of egg whites, put fried egg on top, salmon next, followed by my now favorite avocado spread.

Macros below, using only ½ of the avocado spread recipe:

👉💥349cal, 25g pro, 25g carb, 13g fat

I am LOVING #SeedsofChange Quinoa and Brown Rice with Garlic. I learned about this fantastic brand thru Kevin @fitmencook @fitwomencook follow him if you haven’t he is amazing cooking fitness meals. @SeedsofChange rice packages are very easy to make, only 2 minutes in the microwave, and cooks very well, and tastes DELICIOSO!!!!! Oh yeah!! 😋

#SeedsofChange has other quinoa, and brown rice blends, but after looking at almost all of their ready-to-eat-rice. The quinoa and brown rice with garlic is the only one that has less ingredients, and when it comes to #cleaneating I prefer to keep it SIMPLE! 💪😉

I have to admit I can’t wait to try their caribbean style rice hehe! 😛 #nomnom but my nutrition program doesn’t allow me to eat beans.😏

That being said, this is the phase of my training program where I get to indulge in brown rice, so I will enjoy while I can. 😁😁
