My carry-in food for today: Carrots with the same tahini/yogurt dip as yesterday, mangos and nectarines, and the oats.

I had a shitty morning and called in saying I would be late to give myself time to finish this so I wouldn’t freak out later in the day when I realised I’d have to take an unhealthy snack at the clinic.

I’m not sure if that was a good decision or not, but I guess we’ll see.
