When travelling, I figured that the hardest meal for me to adjust to is breakfast. I still have salads of all sorts, soups and gorgeous meals for lunch or dinner, but breakfast is just not…my way. The homemade nourishing way that pleases my tummy.

I must be outta my mind. I just had this frozen breakfast bowl on a cold, windy, rainy day πŸ™ˆ In my defense, it’s really delicious and full of goodness. I blended 1 frozen banana (!), with 1/4 beetroot and 1 tbsp maca. Toppings as you see: #sugarfree choc granola, plums, cold (!) grapes, pepitas, hemp, sesame and pommies. Now off I go to take a hot shower πŸ˜†
