I killed myself at the gym yesterday. I think it was the glute bridges. Or maybe walking lunges. Or idk everything ever.
For anyone who is wondering what I did in da gym. (Not that anyone even follows me or will see this but whateva whateva):
- Squats (wide stance)
- Barbell Glute Bridges
- Walking Lunges (8 per leg there and back)
- Single leg squat on the Smith Machine
- Bicep Curls
- Tricep dips on bench
- Lateral pulldown
4 x 20
I was going to go to the gym today but. No. Cannot move. Just no.
instead I sat on my flat *ss and played with the puppy. Better luck tomorrow.
