In desperate need of something sweet, I scoured the internet for a microwave cake that was less than 200 calories! (My family doesn’t keep sweets around for me, since I very rarely have a sweet tooth). The recipe is this one here:

…with some modifications, since I’m not a fan of struedel. I used all-purpose wheat flour instead of spelt flour. I used applesauce instead of oil or margarine. Instead of struedel, I just mixed the cinnamon and brown sugar directly into the rest of the dough.

And it was… okay. It tasted like dough. It was not very sweet. I made icing out of powdered sugar and water toot stat, but that just meant that I had weird oversugariness sometimes instead of being overall sweet. I’m not sure what to do with the recipe to make it better.
