so remember that 'random facts' ask I forwarded a couple of days ago to 10 people I srsly didn't think would answer as a test of tumblr bossness...

8/10 is the final result…it seems my influence has no effect over two strong-willed individuals(thoughtsandsquats & misscaptaincanuck) and I commend them lol

Haha. This was like reading a summary of most of my days, except switch it to a son. Exhausting, hectic, but worth it.

Definitely worth every moment!

Oh my gosh… I need to call my dad now! Between this post and reading “A Little Princess”, I miss him so much. PS: PLEASE watch that movie and/or read the book with your daughter! I’m 25 and I still cry every time I watch it.

haha, I will definitely watch it with her then.  Now go call your Dad! ;-)

strive4strong replied to your post: I saw you post earlier that you’re running Wendler’s 5/3/1, I’m planning on running it here in a few weeks. What is your opinion on the program? Do you feel it’s worth it?

I highly recommend Beyond 5/3/1. Some great ways to adapt the program to a number of different goals (strength, hypertropy, etc…).

I’ve been hearing really good things about that, too.  I probably look into getting a copy.

Not sure if I am doing this right, but anyway. Thanks for the advice I’ll look up apps now to aide me, that will probably help with the percentages.
