Ever since I divided the rhubarb crown, this 1.5m2 patch has been delivering more than we can use: the neighbours get bags of it, we get a lot of Strawberry-Rhubarb pies and crumbles, and every time I thin it out, a bag goes in the freezer for winter.
Today’s recipe post is about a salad with farro, strawberries, tequila dressing, and other good stuff. Yeah, that’s right. I said tequila. If you’re gonna have a salad, you might as well add a little party to it .
The tequila-lime dressing compliments the nutty and fruity sweetness of the salad by adding a refreshing brightness to it. It’s a classy way to consume tequila, amiright?
