During Sochi 2014, thousands of All Out members called on the IOC to change its rules so future host cities would never again be able to discriminate against any group - including LGBT people.

Today, they did it. They will add a clause reflecting Principle 6 of the Olympic Charter that says NO to discrimination. Now, it’s up to us to make sure this change is powerfully enforced. HUGE victory!

"I always wanted to move forward. When I was stood in one place, if I could walk - and I never walked if I could run. But what if it became difficult? What then? I’d like to think that I wouldn’t have given up, and continued moving forward. But it’s more likely that I would have stopped. But I know people who haven’t. Never stop.
