Morning happy bloggers!

Breakfast today was a pink smoothie bowl topped with berries and kiwi.

Using the Vitamix:

2 frozen bananas
1 frozen fig
1 chopped red pear
A quarter slice of red beet
1 tsp of honey flax almond butter
6 frozen strawberries
Add organic vanilla almond milk
Add ice

Blend until smooth.
Top off with kiwi, strawberries, sweet coconut flakes, blueberries, almonds, and sun dried gogi berries.

A cool way to start off the day!

    Base: 
    Homemade toasted muesli with raisons, almonds and dates
    Middle layer: 
    Lite greek yoghurt
    Smoothie:
    3/4 Cup blueberries
    3/4 Cup strawberries
    1 Banana
    1 Cup unsweetened almond milk
    3 tbsp lite Greek Yoghurt
