I do awfully dislike those double unders, I really do!
Today’s session started of with 10, 6, 3 reps of deadlifts. Weights 145 kg, 155 kg and 165 kg.
First metcon Sigfred with a time cap of ten minutes. I didn’t complete the workout in time. I managed to score four hand stand push ups on the nine lap.
Sigfred is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 reps of hand stand push ups and burpees for time.
Last of was open workout 11.1. A ten minute amrap of 30 double unders and 15 power snatches with 35 kg.
Score: two laps or 90 reps.
Those double unders… A real awful score.
