This is looking at the world with a pothole half full mentality. 

The Pop Up Studio in Scranton, Pennsylvania is having a little fun with their weather woes. Pothole pop up is a contest that encourages residents to get creative and “positively fill negative space.” 

"It’s a bonding experience, if you live in Scranton, to run over a pothole and bust a tire," Ruth Koelewyn of the Pop Up Studio told NBC. “We want to turn it into a positive thing.”
