Beach dunes are unique in that they are made of sand yet have vibrant plant life, looking like they are from a different planet.

The perspective on this photo makes it look like a large mountain against the cloudy sky.

When clouds cover the beach, it gives the sand a copper color and the water a dark teal. It’s amazing how many different colors one landscape can have.

The tide has been high in the past few days which has causes waves to crash where the pier stairs are. It offers a rare look into earth taking over man made structures, however everyone in this town is hoping for revitalization as quickly as possible.

Butterflies up close

Butterflies have the ability to glow because their wings are so thin, allowing the sun to shrine through and create extremely vibrant colors.

The Buckeye Butterfly is absolutely beautiful, especially when still. You can see the rustic colors of the wings with the tips lighting up in bright oranges and white shades.

Some Butterflies have darker colors to blend in with their surroundings, but this white flower makes it hard to hide. Pollinating is an important key to this butterflies lifestyle and camouflage is the least of it’s concern.

These Butterflies are attracted by bright plants, and often times several of them will swarm one single flower. The Butterfly on the left has a very dark color scheme with mostly black wings and some very light blues scattered throughout. It’s almost a neon color.

Wind is a powerful force that can change landscapes, create intense sounds and lift a person off their feet. Remember to hold on when the gust arrives!

Falling to earth may seem dangerous but when it’s in a beautiful place like this, fear is replaced with excitement.

The county fair is the best place to experience the alternative culture of a city or town, and one of the best parts is the fair rides. The swing ride being one of the most popular ride is also one of the most photogenic, especially when the lights are flashing.

The ride is called The Zipper and basically tosses people around like a long ferris wheel, but in a dramatic fashion.

This ride is called the Evolution and is one of the most famous fair rides of all time. The ride consists of a swinging arm with a rotating circle where people are flipped around upside down.

One of the best parts about county fairs are all the flashing lights and bright neon colors. It seems like a dream to experience all the colors at dusk.
