So I’m on and I start wondering what else I can do with Spaghetti Squash. I’ve got baking it down to a science of putting it in the oven and forgetting about it for an hour! So I found a recipe for Spaghetti Squash Spaghetti and intended to follow it directly…but then I didn’t! At Jungle Jim’s Natural Food section I found some of this stuff from Cucina Antica Marinara cooking sauce. Yuuuuum! I decided to take that sauce and skip a couple of steps by simmering it with some mushrooms! YAY! Shrooms! But not the bad psychedelic ones! (I call them bad because a hippie told me one bad trip and you might stay gone. SCARY!) Anyway, baked my squash, scooped the spaghetti out, covered it with the simmered sauch and YUM! I had to add garlic bread to this one! YUM!
