Feeling pretty good about my increased distance. I ran this in intervals. I did a .8 mile warm up with the dog, dropped him off at the house, then did 2 miles of 30 seconds on/30 seconds off intervals, then a .5ish mile cooldown on the way home.
I hate intervals, just hate having to look at my watch to see when to stop. The nice thing about running a consistent pace is just being able to zone out, focus on breathing and steps and not on seconds. Anyone have any suggestions for this!?
