Using bitcoin in Argentina to get access to 'Blue Dollar' rate?

As I understand it, due to the high inflation in Argentina many individuals are keen to move their local currency into other more stable currencies (typically dollars). The government makes efforts to restrict this, which has created an unofficial market for exchanging peso to dollars. This rate is about 33% higher than the official rate. So for visits to Argentina it seems wise to bring plenty of USD. But I was wondering about longer stays. It seems unwise to carry so much USD. Is there local options for converting BTC to physical Argentine Peso?
