What’s On My Face | Daily Makeup - Nimble Note

So, today I thought I’d share with you the products I use on a daily basis. I have literally stuck with these products for months now and have repurchased them countless time - that just shows how much I love them.

This is my very first Beauty Tutorial and since Sophia just recently changed her Twitter Icon, I took this as a oppurtunity :) This pic is really blurry, but based on her Outfit I think it´s the same Makeup she has worn to the VS Fashion Show :)

1. If you have oily/ combination skin like me than you should definitely don´t miss out on this step. To make your foundation stay the whole night, use The Body Shop Instablur . It controlles shines for 12h, reduces apperances of pores and hides any blemishes.

2. Apply a dewy Foundation like the L´Oreal True Match, whether with your fingers or your foundation brush. It should be a dewy one, because Sophia also always has a glowy skin finish :)

3. Conceal any blemishes and red spots with the Maybelline Fit Me Concealer.

4. To settle everything, use the Rimmel Stay Matte Powder. It´s the BEST powder in the world, go and get it if you haven´t already.

5. Sophia always contours her cheekbones so that will be the next step. Use a contour brush and the TopShop Bronzer.

6. Like I said before Sophia always has glowy skin and to make it even more glowy and healthier looking use the TopShop Glow Cream Highlighter

7. I´m not sure if Sophia would do this step, but to fill in your eyebrows and make them even looking like Sophia´s use the Maybelline Brow Drama

8. Now it´s time for the eyes! Firstly you should prime your eyes again, if you have oily/ combination skin , using the Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion.

9. Sophia tends to do a more bronzed/smokey eye look and for that use the Urban Decay Naked Basic Palette . Apply the shade Naked 2 all over your lid and also further into your outer corner. Then the shade Faint only into your outer corner and crease. Apply the shade Venus into your inner corner and a bit onto your brow bone if you feel like it :)

10. To make the eyemakeup look even smokier and more dramatic try to make a winged eyeliner using the L´Oreal Super Liner

11. Apply 2 - 3 coats of Mascara using the Maybelline “The Rocket” Mascara . Sophia often goes for the natural lashes look, so don´t apply too much mascara.

12. And finally for the Lips! Originally Sophia wears the Nars Audacious in Geraldine, but a good alternative would be the MAC Lipstick in Neon Orange

And this was my very first Makeup Tutorial! I really hope you like it :) Feedback would be very appreciated and don´t forget to send in Requests for my next Makeup, Hair, etc. Tutorial :)

Recently, I had a chance to talk with Hayden Williams, one of my favorite fashion illustrators about a recent collaboration he worked on with supermodel and fashion icon Kate Moss for Rimmel. Hayden is known in the fashion community for the beautiful ways in which he depicts his subjects, and over the years he has made quite a name for himself. In this interview, I wanted to learn more about his collaboration with Kate Moss to see how it came about, what inspired each look, the color schemes, as well as what it was like to work directly with such an iconic supermodel and fashion icon like Kate Moss.
